Intended to post this a few days ago but have barely had the time to get on the internet.
Just a question regarding the AI that I've noticed. Myself and Mitton attempted to do a mission on Saturday, we positioned ourselves about 700-750 metres away from the AI. They began to start shooting and the tracers were showing that they were shooting 200m to our 9 o'clock. Then instantly they started shooting straight at us. On Monday I was at Old Fields, looting and was 900m away from a Helicopter Crash mission. I had to sprint away from a Zombie in a forest, came into approx 800m to the mission and the AI started firing, shots were accurate.
The combat dynamics with the AI is really fun! But has anyone noticed they are spotting players from a very far distance? I just wondered that maybe it was a bug? If not then that's cool, it will be fun having to put thought into mission approaches.

They definitely have top notch spotting ability and share info over a large grid.
I know (not from personal experience) that they will RPG your ass from 1km out too.
We should probably take a look at tweaking around the spotting distance.
[EDIT]
Tweaked it there now, will not reveal by how or what.. but a difference should be noted..
Feedback when you guys get some mission attempts done and have an idea how the balance is now.
Thanks :)

I honestly like the way i can detect you from a long distance, make doing missions more fun and challenging. As for the rpg from 1km out, they have done me 3 times in vehicles with rpg's.

If you shoot at one, from 1km out - they will still be able to activate. It's just a person passing by won't be shot at.
Try it out as is now and report back, it's a two minute job and a restart to get it back to the 1km distance. :)
