Upgrade Time - A little help if you can :)

I am upgrading form i5-3570K and looking along the lines of the following:


i7 7700K - Komplett.ie €409 Delivered
i7 7700K - ebay €360 Delivered

ASUS ROG STRIX Z270F GAMING - Komplett.ie €199 Delivered


RAM: ??
Cooling: ??



or perhaps this bundle:
i7 7700K OC 5.0Ghz CPU Amazon €782 Delivered

Budget is as cheap as possible... (I'm such a tight ass)
Any input at all would be much appreciated :)

The LPX memory is a MUST with an air cooler
