If I wan't to run two graphics cards using SLI/Crossfire (can never remember which one lis nVidia's), do they have to be I dentical. BTW the cards that I would run together are ;

i have read that you can run 1 as your main and one for physics(if they are not matcing cards) or some other part of graphics to take the load off your main ....(sorry though i cant remember where i read it )
sli is nvidia.....
maybe there are some more articles on miss-matched cards but for the hassle factor i would either buy a better single gpu or get identical ones .

Ok thanks. Guess I will just have to wait for my lottery numbers to come up.... which might be a while because I don't play the lottery...
