Honestly, buying a new computer now, i'd want no less then a 560 TI, or ATI equivilent to put in a machine, along with the i5.Anything less wont be running games at max, and will get outdated faster then you'd like.Might not be able to work it into the budget but its what i'd want I mean, if anything, get a cheaper HDD and upgrade that later, at least the old one is still useful, the GFX wont be so much.
Another question is: Will you be OC'ing the 2500k? If so you'll need to fork out more for a decent cooler, if not, you can save about £4 by going for the non K version, the 2500, or you could save about £25 by going for the i5 2400.
