Loot tables have not been touched, they have implemented lower MIL loot by default. No donator packs available buddy, they are against BI terms and conditions. I see, it certainly has added a difficulty factor in finding decent weaponry! I have managed to build an AK PSO1 which is zeroable so I can snipe with that. I thought that was bull****? but fair enough 3

I totally understand guys. Like you I have also been very busy. I do krav maga twice or three times a week and am about to go through Police Scotland's recruitment on top of two jobs so I understand your struggles.
I have been neglecting down time though hence why I am back. DayZ mod is such a fun game and UGN was a really immersive community for it. I would like to do my part in helping the community get back to where it was. Do you still do donators packs? Congratulations savage on becoming self employed I remember this time last year you had trouble getting work so I'm glad to hear everything has turned out very well for you! I will be on today for quite some time so hopefully I will see you guys on! Krisis, on an unrelated matter. Have the loot tables been tweaked? 3 days of military looting and the best I've found is an UK59 lol Cheers! <3 5

Hey guys!
It's been great being back in Chernaurus. I've been eager to get back to the good old days, missions and Balota banditting! I am thinking about donating but I have a few concerns. I am 10 hours in over 3 days and I have not seen anyone on the server. Today is Saturday, the busiest the server usually gets and the most the server got to was 4 and that was including Krisis seeding. I can appreciate that it will take time to get a stronger player base but the fact I have not seen anyone here is concerning. I want the server to be blooming as much as it was this time last year, just as much as everyone else. I just want to know if I am about to donate to a lost cause. Thanks guys, Much love <3 7

So as some of you know I am back on DayZ after discovering you went back to DayZ Mod (good decision btw!).
There I am, at my stash, got an SA58, UK50, M4A1, AK, lots of ammo, medical supplies etc. Decided it's time to upgrade to some snipers, checked Novy Lug - nothing. So I decided to make thr trek to Devil's Castle. So I casually stroll up to devils, only me and krisis on the server so I know there's nothing to worry about. Walk through the arch way entrance. A second later I am retreating at light speed shitting my pants. Noone told me Devil's is infested with AIs!!! Shat myself 8

Just to let everyone know there is someone going about placing random mines. Myself and Mitton were in Gvodzno, where a mine was left outside the barn on the south-east side of town. An explosive sound was heard beforehand but no explosion. Luckily it was spotted and destroyed however we were hit by a mine further down the road, I escape and Mitton died.
We then discovered a trip wire mine in one of the barracks at Hidden Airfield. We were there earlier and I did say to Mitton I heard the beeping sound made after a mine was place. Nobody was around though. It is suspected that these mines make a glitched explosive or beeping sound when you get nearby. Keep an ear out for them as it indicates there is a mine nearby! Can confirm that this is NOT Lockheed and Rafal doing this. 9

Hey guys, seeking some wisdom here.
Yesterday in the ural I got bumped by roamers. One managed to get a lucky 9mm shot that took 78 damage off me. Luckily I didn't bleed but I realised that had I did I would not have had the time to stop the truck, get out, get into inventory, double click instadoc and consume. This got me thinking; is there a way we can create a short cut via configuration to take medical supplies or have one implemented server side? For example, ctr-b = uses bandage, ctr-I = instadoc and ctr-v = vispirin. It would certainly add a faster pace to combat and increase chances of survival during it. Ctr-t for thermal buddy would also be cool (because my character always forgets a jacket). On the subject of bleeding, could we vote on adding bleed damage to a.I? It would balance the medical healing required to combat and if the a.i ignore it like us, they die. Good shout? 11

Krisis, not sure if James said to you but we had problems creating a base the other day. We attempted to build on Pobeda Dam bridge and Exile didn't like that. We can't seem to delete the territory, just wondering if you could do that for us if not done already.
Territory should be named something like "SCOTTLLLANNND" We thought it was a genuis build location but alas, Exile gave me the big fuck you. 13

Intended to post this a few days ago but have barely had the time to get on the internet.
Just a question regarding the AI that I've noticed. Myself and Mitton attempted to do a mission on Saturday, we positioned ourselves about 700-750 metres away from the AI. They began to start shooting and the tracers were showing that they were shooting 200m to our 9 o'clock. Then instantly they started shooting straight at us. On Monday I was at Old Fields, looting and was 900m away from a Helicopter Crash mission. I had to sprint away from a Zombie in a forest, came into approx 800m to the mission and the AI started firing, shots were accurate. The combat dynamics with the AI is really fun! But has anyone noticed they are spotting players from a very far distance? I just wondered that maybe it was a bug? If not then that's cool, it will be fun having to put thought into mission approaches. |
