How to fix choppy performance, laggs?

This is a really good fix. Maybe use some of the settings such as the hit reg even if your game is not choppy!

This has done nothing for me, I still have average 40 - 60 fps :(

I don't get amazing FPS after this fix, but it makes the game a lot smoother for me, stops the random stills! I didnt turn blood and bullets off though, i rely on those a fair bit in game!

Kirks:
Turning shadows off is supposed to make a big difference, but shadows make a difference in game - I have often got kills because I spotted a players shadow. Its hard to know when turning settings down helps you....  for the sake of a few fps, and when it ruins the experience of game.
