Hi guys!
I'd like to invoke a small discussion.
There are a couple of people who are ruining the aspect of great teamplay by lacking the ability to follow simple instructions within the team. We were four players against two players at Balota today. They didn't even know we were there. Two of our players ended up dead because one of our players shot pre-maturely when we agreed to get more players into position and kill both players simultaneously. What's worse, for a moment we didn't even know if this player was one of our own, one of theirs or another party, because this player refused to announce if or when they were firing at all. This really pissed us off after tallying our loses. Furthermore, I believe some shit happened over the last two nights where team killing was involved through miscommunications.
It's very simple guys. Great team work can create some awesome fucking gameplay in DayZ. If you're in a squad, respect the team and the success that can derive from great teamwork. There's nothing more satisfying to me than a successful ambush or an immense firefight where we come on top because we outplayed our opponents. Don't fuck that up because you're immaturity cannot comprehend following basic instructions. There's nothing more annoying than having to bike up that fucking coast because one player couldn't go with the flow.
Play great with the team or play bad on your own.

Just to give another side to this situation I was behind said player and stalked behind him for a bout 5 mins trying not to be seen, as I was the first to spot the enemy, and then the unthoughtful action of a member got me killed I do believe my death to be friendly fire as I was behind the said player I stalked and then I hatcheted him but no shots from behind me only from the hill where said squad member was .
a very big lack of communication on there behalf.
Also the listening skills of some people are very good on the side of if someone stashes there car and they tell you to not take the car, do not go and then take advantage of your teammate who has left the car and then go and get the car stolen by driving it and leaving it in open areas if its not yours and its a clan members leave it alone.
I'm not picking on people as people probably have things they don't like what I do but I'm just making a point and backing up that we as a team need to communicate a lot better because if we can communicate we can a ace any situation thrown at us.
Thanks for reading

I think your death could have been friendly fire because you died whilst hatcheting someone. When I killed one player, I went to check to see if all were dead as we were confused by the many deaths at one time on side. Then I got STANAG'd at close range.
Point is, this shouldn't have happened. We had a major advantage by knowing they were there and they were unaware of us. If this player listened and allowed us to get in position and implement a perfect ambush. We would have all survived. Instead of losing two players because he cba waiting.
As I said, if you're in the team. Listen and allow the team to play good. Otherwise go on your own and play bad.

Mick i agree with you on the fact that Good Team Work on Day z Makes EPIC play time, but with that said . . . .
Unfortunetly within my group i do have a nasty habbit of Killing fuzzy, or attacking fuzzy or just genrally causing a lot of problems for Fuzzy.
Which i somehow aviode doing to any other member of our group.
