Needed for fortification upgrades, never seen any? Are they in the game?

Yep, they are in industrial mainly and have been upped in the loot table just yesterday.
Will increase their percentage a little more today as I've got a tonne of things to fix

Last time i saw them was on vanilla  :) Thanks for the quick reply and i know you have a shed load of crap on your plate  :(
