GPU: Nvidia GTX 560Ti 448 Edition
« on: August 27, 2012, 10:56:38 AM »
So, the Nvidia GTX 560Ti 448 edition. Its like a normal 560Ti, but its got more cores (448 of them, to be precise), and a slightley higher clock speed. In Toms Hardware benchmarks, they manged to overclock it to outperform a 570, so its got a fair bit of grunt. Its a great card for the money. I got mine for £155 from Scan, but I can't seem to find it there any more. Mine is the Gainward model, its got two nice big fans on the card. It runs BF3 on ultra at 40 FPS, whilst keeping temps below 70c. It runs idle at about 35c. Its a double height card, but then so are most cards today. Overall, a great card for the money. Yes its fairly old, and there are cards out there that out perform it, but for me at my budget its really the best I think I could have done.

If you want me to run any benchmarks on it, just let me know.
