I was having a chat with Jo and a couple of other ugN members the other day regarding if they would be interested in implementing the X26 Taser and the ability to restrain.
I'm unsure if you are familiar with the Taser from the Overwatch mod but upon hitting a target, the target will be rendered unconscious for a minute. Giving the firer the ability to loot the target without killing them. Certainly a good shout for the heroes! The firer could then take the engagement even further and restrain the target, allowing more time for looting.
It would add a whole new exciting engagement and I was wondering, providing there is a positive poll result, could this be implemented into Pinky's Vanilla?

No need for a poll man, if it's possible without needing to modify client-side files and won't take me an age to install/debug it - I'll get it up.
