Team Speak 3 Download link:
Download Teamspeak 3 Client (http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=downloads)


When you connect to TS3 the following is optional:

Go to:
-> Self (on the top menu)
-> Set Phonetic Nickname
 
and set your nick name to whatever pronounces your nick properly please.
 
Now go to:
-> Settings (on the top menu)
-> Options
-> Notifications

* Change: 'Sound Pack' to - 'Default Text to Speech'

That's it, your done!
