Title: Klen & Junkyard

Klen has been updated to include some more DMR rounds & another DMR rifle.
We removed the building supplies from the Klen crates seeing as base-building has been removed in 1.8.7

The Junkyard has been put back in on the coast, along with its temporary vehicles.
