Sounds like a good idea for the most part I certainly know a lot of friends and family members who are clueless about PC's. You mention about charging extras, is this not a good way to make money out of the unwitting customer! The only thing I would worry about with this specific business model is with the casual (therefore clueless) user the trend is away from desktop PC's and more towards laptops and ipads etc and these are harder to fix and easier to carry to a shop.

iv been doing that for awhile now when people have problems with there virused, broken pc they send it to me to fix & i send it back to them fully working how its ment to work:P yeah its not bad i guess sometimes it gets anoying but most of the time its okay
