What is our recruitment process?
After completing a formal application, your application is sent to the Joining ugN Gaming section of the forum.
It will then be considored by the our recruitment officer and a decision will be made within 24hrs, usually instantly. We accept 99% of applicants as long as they meet the recruitment criteria for at least one of the games we play.
If your application is accepted, you are then placed on a 14 day trial where we monitor your progress. At this time you have limited access to the ugN Gaming forums which will change to full after the trial period is up and you become a 'full' member.

You should check your post regularly as your application will be processed there in it's entirety.

What are our general rules?
* RULE 1: No Cheating / Hacking
* RULE 2: No Glitching / Using map exploits
* RULE 3: Respect ALL players in our servers

* It is common decency to treat [ugN] members and all other players with respect.
* There are no rules regarding the spoken language, however English is most common and we request if possible you use it.
* Constant TK'ing during (FF ON) play will not be tolerated and you will be removed from the server (possibly permanently)

Racism or insulting other players will NOT be tolerated!

* Honesty: ugN members must be trustworthy.
* No cheating: Cheating is NOT tolerated in this Clan/Community. Cheaters will be banned from the clan along with all our Gameservers.
* Conduct towards ugN members - ALL FELLOW UGN MEMBERS SHOULD BE TREATED WITH RESPECT. Despite the disagreements that will inevitably arise from time to time, all UGN members are to be treated with a general air of courtesy and respect, including greeting them when they come into the server.
* No long drawn out dialogues on the game servers, either active or inactive. The server is NOT a chat room & this can disrupt the game for other players.
* You must be relatively active. You must play on our servers regularaly. This does not mean you have to live on them, but at least 2 - 4 times per week, drop in and have a round or two with your fellow members.
* Respect the public players: If we dont have public players in our servers, what good are they to us? Show them as much courtesy and respect as you would a fellow ugN member.
* You must be at least 16+ years old, we do make exceptions if you are a superb candidate for membership
